Hilarious redesigns of the new Airbnb logo (not all of which are genitals)

Last week, Airbnb revealed a new logo which company CEO Brian Chesky said β€˜changes the whole identity and expression of the company’. And while most companies are very strict with the use of their logo, Airbnb wants you to customise it, Chesky saying β€˜Most brands would send you a cease-and-desist letter if you tried to recreate their brand, we wanted to do the opposite’.

Airbnb even created a website called Create where you can personalise your own logo using a variety of styles, lines and stamps created by β€œrenowned artists”.

People took up the challenge with enthusiasm, churning out new Airbnb logos, most of which appear to have been created without the assistance of Create.

Turns out, in many cases, the new Airbnb logo only requires a few subtle lines or dots to look startlingly similar to the bits and pieces we keep covered most of the time.

Some less smutty minds also managed to create some brilliant images, but surely Airbnb realised how easily the new logo is re-imagined as various parts of the anatomy?

For more hilarious takes on Airbnb logos, take a peek at the original Techly post.
